Dave Cooper receives certificate for work with fm

Dave specialises in primarily focusing on the benefits of exercising with fibromyalgia and the fact that any individual is capable of performing exercise no matter what their current physical condition. He also shows how a typical client will progress from their initial visit through to advanced exercise.

Dave can appreciate if you are suffering from Fibromyalgia, exercise is the last thing on your mind. Your body already aches, so why would you risk making that worse?  Although this is very true, it’s very important to get your muscles healthy and also to maintain that level of health, as this can relieve some of your symptoms. Healthy muscles are strong and flexible, improving everyday activities. Other benefits include reduced stress and depression, better sleep patterns, more energy, increased endurance, and can even help with weight control.
