Corona Virus: We are still here but physical orders are delayed as our staff are remote working. When we return to the office we will clear the backlog ASAP.  More Info on Coronavirus Our helpline continues to be available between 10 and 4 weekdays on 0300 999 3333

Contact Form Issues - We are having some issues with our contact forms. If they do not work please email head.office@fmauk.org.

Putting up posters in your Dr's Surgery, community centre, hospital, or any other public place helps raise awareness and helps people find out more about this condition. Some people will go to their doctors with an idea of what they are suffering from after seeing a poster or leaflet.

As part of a support group, or a sponsored event you can hand out leaflets. We can also supply collecting tins if you have a pub or other venue that will allow you to raise money for FMA UK. Select the number of posters and leaflets that you require, and give us your address and we will post them out to you. Also available are recycling bags for printer toner and mobile phones. So lets help the environment and FMA UK. We aim to get resources out in the post within a week of ordering but sometimes it does take longer.

Some people have had an issue with the captcha on this page with Internet Explorer. If you are having an issue please use Chrome or Firefox.

We need address details in order to post information out to you.

Please let us know what sort of resources you require
