Posters & Leaflets

You can request leaflets and posters to be sent out which can be used to promote awareness of both fibromyalgia and the charity. There are many places which you can ask to place them, such as in GP surgeries, Hospitals, Cafes, Local Shops etc.

Please click here if you would like to request some.

Donations

Donations to the charity help us to do the work that we do and we couldn't do it without the generous donations made by people. We don't charge for our resources which are sent to people, and donations help to fund these. Any donations to the charity are greatly appreciated.

There are many ways you can donate to us, and we've simplified our donation page which lists all of the ways which you can make a donation. Please click here to be taken to the donation page.

In Memory

Making a will can be one of the most important decisions you will ever make.

A future gift to FMA UK in your will, big or small, means we will be able to even more people in their daily struggle with fibromyalgia.

Click here to see how you can gift us a donation in your will to help improve the lives of people with fibromyalgia.

We have had people over the years, accept donations in leau of flowers at funerals. This is an extremely appreciative gesture and one which the charity are grateful for.

Leaving a legacy will to charity is becoming increasingly more common and FMA UK can benefit from these. It is a sensitive topic and one which can often be hard to discuss.

If either of these are something which you may be interested in, please contact This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. and someone from the team will be happy to discuss.

Recycle for FMA UK

You can donate your inkjet cartridges to help the environment and raise funds for FMA UK. Click here to find how it works as well as more information. We receive quarterly donations just from people recycling these, and they help to fund the information packs and resources which we send out to people.

Organise your own fundraising event

In these challenging times, people are coming up with their own fundraising events. During the pandemic, people have taken part in inventive challenges such as a virtual Hadrian's wall cross trainer to a sponsored head shave. People have come up with their own ideas to raise money and if you can think of something that you'd like to do, please let us know.

We've also had people raise money through running, swimming and selling items. For a whole list of fundraising ideas and options, please click here to view our fundraising page.

Volunteering

Volunteering for the charity is one way which you can help. Not only can you benefit the charity, but you can join a team and gain a rewarding role in helpling people with fibromyalgia. We have different roles available - from taking calls on our national helpline to being a regional coordinator and communicating with various support groups. Click here to fill out our volunteer form if you feel like you'd make a good fit at the charity and tell us a bit about yourself.
