DLA changing to PIP - (Personal Independent Payment ) - Action needed
The government is proposing to replace Disability Living Allowance with Personal Independent Payments. The consultation time for this ends on February 14th. It is important that we voice our feelings as individuals by then. To help you with this process please go to the Benefits and Works website.
You do not have to be a member for this information and you will find links to several websites concerning this change, the important ones are the Governments own consultation site, where you can read what the actual proposed changes are - and they are not good- and answer questions that the government are asking.
There is also a petition that you can sign which we would urge you to complete.
Please act on this now as getting benefit in the future could depend on your contribution now.
