Dr Hilary on... Fibromyalgia
Recently Dr Hilary was speaking on Rosemary Conley TV about fibromyalgia and we have been given permission to show it on our site. Dr Hilary answers a question from someone with fibromyalgia and their question is listed below:
"I have painful fibromyalgia and energetic exercise also flares up my chronic fatigue syndrome. Is there any exercise I can follow that will give me energy, improve my fitness, stamina, and balance when I have a chronic painful condition?"
