Our Services

FMA UK operate several services to help those living with fibromyalgia as well those who may have queries on the condition.
Below we have listed some of our services as well as how you can use them and their opening hours.

National Helpline
Our national helpline is run by volunteers (most of which have fibromyalgia) and is available to call for any queries on the condition which you may have. 
Our helpline can be called on 0300 999 3333

 

Monday - Friday from 10am-4pm. 

(excluding bank holidays)


If our volunteers are busy / unavailable then you will be able to leave a voicemail that will be returned as soon as we can. Please leave your name clearly and outline your query. This information will be used to triage calls. Calls will be returned anytime between 10am and 7pm and depends on volunteer availability.
 
Welfare Benefits Helpline
Many people have questions on whether they are entitled to certain benefits or how they apply for them.

Our Benefits Helpline can assist with this with help from our qualified volunteers.

Facebook Support Group
Our Support Group on Facebook allows you to ask people for advice and for their experience of the condition and can be used to ask any question which you feel relevant to fibromyalgia. It is a great source of peer to peer support and can be accessed easily.

It is moderated by a team of expereinced volunteers.

This is an online community with over 60,000 members which acts as an anonymous forum, where you can ask questions and ask for advice and other members of the community can share their experience and advice with you.

Support Groups

We have been supporting groups around the UK for over 30 years and there could be one near you. These are run by volunteers and we can put you in touch with them.
