Delivery and Shipping
We aim to deliver all orders within 2 weeks. However, this is dependant on the level of volunteers within the office and workload, so there may be delays around Fibromyalgia Awareness Week in September and during seasonal and bank holiday periods. Please ensure you order the correct size using our size guides, as we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for incorrectly ordered sizes.

Our office is staffed mostly by volunteers with the office permanently staffed Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 10am - 2pm. Volunteers may be able to answer on other days but outside of these hours a message can be left. Email to head.office@fmauk.org is the best method of getting in touch with the office as it is actively monitored.

If your Health Care Professional needs some education in fibromyalgia you can request that an FMA UK Health Professionals Pack is sent out to them. All we need is the name of the Health CareProfessional and the address of their practice. We will then send a pack to their surgery addressed from us to them.

You can find a Support Group near you by contacting the Regional Coordinator for your area. If there does not happen to be a support group near you then maybe you can join with some other members and set one up. Support groups provide a social benefit as well as the opportunity to share tips on coping with fibro. They come in all shapes and sizes and we are often told how they have helped people.
