Support Groups

This is an old article. For up to date information on contacting support groups please use the following page: www.fmauk.org/groups to get in touch with a group near you.

We have over 160 local support groups and helplines throughout the UK, Ireland and the Channel Isles who are there to help you on a local basis.

The following list shows the regions by which local support groups and helplines who are working together with FMA UK are organised.  If you would like more information on your nearest group, then please contact one of our Regional Co-ordinators via the links below.

Please be sure to include the name of your town and add the words 'Support Group' in the subject line of your email. it also is good to remember that these groups and the regional coordinators suffer from fibromyalgia as well.  They will not be able to help you with getting a diagnosis but they will be able to get you in touch with your nearest support group.

If there isn't a group in your town, and you would be interested in starting one, please contact the Regional Co-ordinator for your area in the same way.
