FMA UK: Product ordering page

With FMA UK being a registered charity, it relies on donations and organised events to operate. You can help us with raising awareness and our other activities by purchasing some of the items that are listed below.

All raised funds go back into helping raise the awareness of fibromyalgia. There are also other options for raising funds for FMA UK. These can be found on the Fundraising page and the Get Involved page.

Of the items below, where possible we have tried to include images and descriptions of products. We hope to add more images and fuller descriptions in the near future. More products will be added to this page as and when we receive stock. We will also try to give an indication of stock levels, and delivery timescale's where possible. If you have any questions about our products or availability then please contact us.

Postage and packaging is included on all prices below, unless otherwise stated. However due in part to postal charges on small orders, if your total order value is under £2.50, a 50p surcharge will be applied. This surcharge will not apply to postal/fax orders. FMA UK is proud to offer the PolkadotGals calendar for sale through our website. This is a great opportunity to raise awareness, as the calendar and the PolkadotGals have already been doing. Ideas such as this are exactly the sort of thing to make people aware of fibromyalgia.

The Calendar has been professionally shot by London Photographer Luke Varley, and it features model Danni Wells, 100m hurdler Sara McGreavy and Coventry City footballers. It is now available in the UK, Europe and in the US. We are awaiting a delivery but you can also order it direct from PolkadotGals website as well.

This is a rubber bracelet/band that you can wear to promote awareness of fibromyalgia. Although the above image is a draft of the content for the band you can see that it will be quite unique and hopefully draw comments from people so that you can explain about FM when they ask.
