Posters / Leaflets Enquiry Form

Putting up posters in your Dr's Surgery, community centre, hospital, or any other public place helps raise awareness and helps people find out more about this condition. Some people will go to their doctors with an idea of what they are suffering from after seeing a poster or leaflet. 

Please note, we can only supply resources to support groups if they are fully registered and working with FMA UK. To register your support group, or for more information about the benefits of registering your support group, please contact our Head Office.

If you would like to order a collection tin for your pub or shop etc. or any resources for a fundraising event, you should instead complete our fundraising form here
