In these terms and conditions:

• "FMA UK", “we” or “our” means Fibromyalgia Action UK, a registered charity in England and Wales (1042582).
• "Material" means all of the information, data, text, graphics, links, computer code or other material published on, contained or available on the Website;
• "User", “you” or “your” means the individual or organisation accessing the Website, ordering goods or services, registering for events and/or making donations;
• "Website" means any website under the ownership or control of FMA UK which links to these terms and conditions.

1. Your use of this site constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions as at the date of your first use of the site.
2. FMA UK reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time by posting changes online. Your continued use of this site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of this agreement as modified.
