When you are registering for an account you can fill in the form at www.fmauk.org/shopreg and this will allow you access to the main website, the forum and the shop. In order to complete the form you need to fill in some required fields and there are some extra fields that are optional.
Below you can see an image of a form that has been filled in but some fields were missed and these are highlighted in red. Every field that is required has an Asterisk beside it and when you submit the form, if it has not been completed it is marked in red and you will receive a message box informing you that some fields were not completed.
Upon completion of this form you will receive an email that will have an account activation link within it. This must be clicked in order for your account to be ready for use. Please check your junk or spam folder in case that it is delivered to there. Your account can be manually activated if you contact us but there may be a delay.

If your Health Care Professional needs some education in fibromyalgia you can request that an FMA UK Health Professionals Pack is sent out to them. All we need is the name of the Health CareProfessional and the address of their practice. We will then send a pack to their surgery addressed from us to them.

You can find a Support Group near you by contacting the Regional Coordinator for your area. If there does not happen to be a support group near you then maybe you can join with some other members and set one up. Support groups provide a social benefit as well as the opportunity to share tips on coping with fibro. They come in all shapes and sizes and we are often told how they have helped people.
